We are trained psychologists, registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). We work with children and young people aged from 0-25 years of age in partnership with young people, families, schools, practitioners, services and voluntary agencies. EPs offer focused support informed by sound psychological theory to bring about positive change. The aim is to promote and facilitate the educational, social and emotional development of children and young people.

We offer a range of support to a wide range of settings, including:
- Tailoured comprehensive Individual assessments and follow-up work with clear outcomes and evaluation
- Bespoke training / workshops for school staff, practitioners and parents/carers.
- Working with groups of children / young people to facilitate emotional and social development (e.g. well-being/mental health, building resilience, developing self-confidence, communication and interaction skills)
- Strategic work with schools / provisions to develop whole school positive and effective Special Educational practice.
- Supporting EHC Plans (initiating the process, providing appropriate evidence, plan-do-review cycles and transitions from statements to EHC Plans).
- Supervision of staff (group and individual)

WF EPS offer psychological services including consultation, advice and training to a wide range of schools, provisions, families and practitioners. WF EP input aims to support children and young people to help facilitate their development, including improving learning, understanding their own learning needs, identify, manage and explore their emotions, regulate their own behaviours, develop their communication and interaction skills and form and maintain positive peer relationships. Working with adults (parents, teachers and professionals) who support young people is central to our model of working

We offer schools the flexibility at the beginning of the financial year to indicate their needs and purchase the appropriate amount of EP support for their individual provision.
We offer a competitive professional fee for the services provided
