UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

As of the 25th May 2018, new regulations were introduced which affect how personal data is handled.

Compliance with the GDPR regulations is an ongoing process and we will keep you informed of any developments.

Our appointed data protection leads will advise and manage compliance with the new regulations and the handling of all personal details.

Walthamstow Academy is part of the united Learning Trust. The Company Secretary, Alison Hussain, is responsible for ensuring that ULT complies with the Data Protection Law as the Data Controller. The data controller for personal information held by Walthamstow Academy is United Learning Trust (ULT). ULT is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The registration number is Z7415170.

Exams-related information
