Teaching and learning
Teaching throughout the Academy is exciting, relevant and interesting; characterised by high expectations and consistent practice. We are aware that we are educating students today for tomorrow’s society. Time is spent developing innovative practice to prepare students for the increasingly technological world they will live and work in.
We keep class sizes small, where possible. Learning is individual, enjoyable and co-operative, underpinned by excellent relationships between students, teachers and other adults in the Academy.
Our staff are enthusiastic, committed and supportive. We are delighted to be able to recruit exceptional teachers.
